Puttu Podi Haji

Puttu is a traditional, highly nutritious South Indian steamed breakfast dish, particularly popular in Kerala, Tamil Nadu, and Sri Lanka. It consists of coarsely ground rice flour (or other grains) layered with grated coconut and steamed in a cylindrical vessel.
